How do I create my first cap table?
Start by setting up your company profile, then add your initial share classes and founding team equity. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through each step.
What is a 409A valuation and do I need one?
A 409A valuation determines the fair market value of your common stock for tax purposes. You need one if you grant stock options to employees or have been operating for more than 12 months.
How do I invite employees to the portal?
Go to the Stakeholders section, select the employees you want to invite, and click "Send Portal Invitation." They'll receive an email with setup instructions.
